David Morgan

David Morgan is the principal solicitor of DGF Morgan. He has practised law continuously since his admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. He was a partner in a mid-sized Sydney law firm and for a period worked at their branch office in Vanuatu.  He is a member of the Law Society of NSW, a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute and a member of the NTAA and a number of other professional organisations. He has chaired numerous disciplinary hearings for a substantial professional association. He is experience in business and commercial law and deals with trusts, super funds and other structures and has acted for many small businesses and is experienced in the other areas the firm services.
